Archaeology as the latest secondary profession will allow players to customize their chars in a thrilling new way. Future Archaeologists will be able to visit the ruins all around the map and do a research as any real life Archaeologists.

During their search they will be able to make notes and collect special artifacts. These artifacts will enable Archaeologists to further customize their characters, while handing these artifacts in to a Titan cult will bring them all different kinds of rewards, such as Teleportation, Vanity pets and new items of interest.

An Archaeologist will able to create new discoveries, and depended on the chosen path he will be able to get passive skills and new abilities.

What makes this profession different?

All WoW professions are made to follow the progressive pattern, which consists of player’s learning the skill and leveling it up to the certain skill level in order to be able to use it for the specific craft. Archaeology will be different. You won’t be only able to train it, hit the cap and then stop progressing with it. Archaeology is meant to be without maximum level, thus allowing continuous progress and keeping the interest of the players.

Reforging

The first major point is that yes Nintendo do want a larger variety of people to be playing their games consoles but they do not just want to be restricting it to the family. Only a few gears included, though. Whereas the 1.0 set included a fairly good variety and quantity of gears, the 2.0 set includes only a handful of double bevel gears and a single 12t bevel gear. This is a bit disappointing but also understandable. People like to add lots of gears to their robots to make them look cool, but lots of gears introduce lots of friction. The 2.0 kit’s sample robot designs show how to connect directly to motors rather than using gears to transmit the motion.
